1 large Tomato

1 Red Onion (Lal Pyaz)

1 tsp. Green Pepper (Hari Mirch) (finely chopped)

1 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Saabut Sufaid Zeera)

Salt (to taste)

1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (or to taste)

1 cup Tomato Sauce

A few strands of Mint Leaves (Podina)

1 tsp. Coriander Powder (Pisa Dhania)

Handful of Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhania)

¼ cup Lemon Juice (Nimbu Ka Arakh)
- Peel and coursely chop the onion.
- Combine onion and all other ingredients in a grinder (except for tomato sauce, lemon juice, and coriander leaves.) Grind until all ingredients are grinded and mixed well.
- Take coriander leaves and chop off the end stems and discard. Coursely chop the coriander leaves. Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, and coriander leaves in grinder with the grinded mixture and grind for another minute or until the coriander is well chopped and mixed.
- Take chutney out in a bowl and serve with any dish or appetizer of your choice.
