YOUR GARDEN OF THOUGHTS
Dig a big hole in the garden of your mind.
Into it put all your disappointments, regrets, worries, troubles, doubts,
and fears.
Cover well with the earth of fruitfulness, water it from the well of contentment.
Sow on top the seeds of hope, courage, strength, patience, and love.
Then when the time gathering comes, may your harvest be rich and plentiful.
There is virtue in the open,
There is healing out of doors;
The great Physician makes His rounds along the forest floors.
Have little care that life is brief,
And less that art is long.
Success is in the silences,
Though fame is in the song.
