- Other: Bates is small for a Norman Cob, but that is just what he is. Though his breed isn't often seen in the show ring, Bates is a great jumper. He's obedient and has wonderful height over fences. He rarely spooks, doesn't get quick unless you ask him to, and has NEVER kicked out for any reason (as of yet). Bates would make a good beginner school horse, but his jumping talent keeps him in the show ring, and there's no regret in that.
