BSS Jimmy
This is our two year old Pottock(or Basque)Pony stallion BSS Jimmy. He is about 12.2 hands. We bought him from Red Jewel Farms (our sister farm) in December of this year, so he is one of the newer additions to the farm. He has excellent conformation , and shows tremendous jumping potential despite his small size(he's the only pony on the farm)!! He is currently being half leased, and will most likely be sold, as he is too small for the farm to show. He is used by his leasor in schooling shows and local shows jumping small jumps. The girl who leases him is a very advanced rider. He is cute and hight spirited, and although he is small, he is excellent at jumping(really small of course!). We do not use him on beginner riders,or children, although he loves children very much, because he is a stallion, but he is used on small intermediate to advanced riders. He does have a slight tendency to get fast, and is afraid of flowerboxes, but is learning to overcome that fear! When not being ridden by his leasor he is used in high intermediate to advanced riding lessons. He really is a cutie, don't you think?
