Doctor Midnight
This is our Irish Thoroughbred/Quarter Horse cross gelding Doctor Midnite. He is the oldest horse on the farm by far. He's almost 40 years old! Despite his age, he is in excellent shape, and spends most of his days in a private paddock, lounging, and soaking in the sun. He is 15 hands high. He loves children, and has been a star school horse for many years. He is currently used very occasionaly for first riding lessons for little children, since he is the safest and calmest horse on the farm! Although he has excellent conformation for a horse of his age, and he has good, but slightly soft condition due to his not being used very often, but what can you expect of a senior citizen like him? He is doing very well for his age, despite the dip in his back!!
