Welcome To The Orient Express! There is always something fascinating about the orient. It is mysterious, and adventurous. I don't know about you, but when I picture the orient, I picture a land of bright hues of red, with gold everywhere. More and more, the motion picture industry is turning towards the fighting style of the orient. Everything these days seems to be about the "martial arts" What many fail to recognize, however, is the "art" part of martial arts. What few realize is the art contains the skills of meditation, focus, and the attainment of a higher consciousness as a result of it. There is another side of life in the orient that receives little or no recognition. The art of herbatology, and acupuncture.
