July 1 - July 7
This week I pulled the wire for the utily room (that's 2 rooms complete)! Oscar finished up the vent and waste pipe for the plumbing (talk about sweat equity) and started the copper! I fire caulked all the holes! Fun stuff!
July 8 - July 14
Another slow week but I fixed the ceiling where the light fixture fell through the ceiling in the dining room, Oscar installed the side light next to the front door (kitties can see out now) and we installed a fence around the pond because Brandon decided to get a turtle! No picture of the turtle yet, he's scared and hiding!
July 15 - July 21
This is boring stuff but the rough plumbing is officially finished! The old water heater came out and the new one went in! The lines were pressure tested and, YAY, no leaks!
The turtle also got new 'walls' and now comes in the house at night since the raccoons just wouldn't leave them alone!
