It was night at Hogwarts, the students were all in the Great Hall having dinner... all but one. Draco Malfoy was out on the grounds, heading towards the Quidditch pitch. That afternoon he had received a letter from his father.
Dear Draco,
meet me tonight on the grounds, near the Quidditch pitch, I have a little surprise for you.
Love
Your father
But when Draco got there, it wasn't his father he met. Later, Hagrid arrived panting to Dumbledore's office.
"It's the Malfoy kid!" said Hagrid.
Dumbledore nodded and they headed together to the grounds, joined by Professors Snape and McGonagall and followed by a crowd of curious students. Then a sad music began....
“Little Draco”
To the tune of
Little Susie by Michael Jackson
Somebody killed little Draco
The boy with blond hair
Riding his broom up in the air
He was there screaming
Facing alone to his doom
But nobody came to him soon...
A curse from nowhere
His robes torn
Oh the blood in his hair ...
A mystery so sullen in air
He lie there so helplessly
Fashioned so slenderly
Lift him with care,
Oh the blood in his hair...
Everyone came to see
The boy that now was dead
So blind stare the eyes in his head...
And suddenly a voice from the crowd said
This boy lived in vain
His face bear such agony, such strain...
But only the boy’s Head of House
Knew him well, and he cried
As he reached down
To close Draco’s eyes
He lie there so helplessly
Fashioned so slenderly
Lift him with care
Oh the blood in his hair...
It was all for Dad’s sake
That Draco tried to be cool
For his father to feel his despair
To be loved by him was the boy's
Heart one desire
Then to scream out
And nobody’s there...
He knew no one cared...
Father was cold, his mother too
Leaving Draco alone
Too selfish since he was born....
No one to care
Just to love him
How can't one realize
Rejecting his pleas in his eyes...
Resentment can kill
Like a curse to your son
Oh, it did
And you stole Draco's right to live
He lie there so helplessly
Fashioned so slenderly
Lift him with care
So young and so fair.
