Biography: Sailor Celestia was a former Princess of the Negaverse and became a Sailor Scout after betraying the Negaverse and joining forces with Queen Serenity. Queen Serenity cast a seal on her to purify the darkness of the Negaverse, however...she can briefly break the seal at will during battle and not be affected by the enemies powers. She is phisicaly quite weak but has stong healing powers.
