Special Thanks

I wish to sincerely thank the following people for encouraging my interest in airplanes over the years:

My mom and dad, - for taking me to all of those air shows, for introducing me to model planes, for letting me skip elementary school to watch the Voyager land after its around the world flight, for the trip to Oshkosh, for splitting the cost of flying lessons, and for allowing me to use some of my college job money to pay for flying instead of school.

Buddy Smith - for all the time spent talking about planes and the CAP.

Benny Blann - for that first flight, the prisoner transport trip to Milwaukee, and others, in a Cessna 172.

Jim Brazeel - the Potlatch Company pilot, for the E6B's, the advice, and the barrel roll in the Skymaster! I may yet explore aerobatics some day as a result of that cool move.

Bill Hampton - my flight instructor - who almost didn't accept me because he had too many students. Thanks for taking a chance on me.

Ronnie Woodall - the first guy I knew who built an ultralight. Also the only guy I ever knew who owned a hovercraft!

Bobby Bradford - for the model plane flying lessons.

Frank Jackson - for providing the best hobby shop and friendliest service in the business.

Doug Doty - for encouraging me to start this project.

Kolb Aircraft - for the great product and friendly service.

Kelley Hoagland - Official project photographer.

Mike Hoagland - Last but not least, my technical advisor. Always quick to point out what I should have done.
