Work Outs

Working out should become more of a daily thing. Although the wrestlers get a good workout from practice, they should do more running... or swimming! Going up to Evanston and wrestling in real matches made us realize we weren't in shape. So cut back on those cheeseburgers and shakes, (Dave), and work harder in practice.
