The enclosed public records request is to the agency that maintains the records of all Texas police and prison/jailguards who are licensed in the State of Texas. .
I contacted the Dallas D.A.'s office of Public Integrity(phone 214-653-3600) and they are mailing me a criminal complaint form today to fill out and return to them about the aggravated assault committed by Jay R. Abell againstn me on May 08, 2005. The Texas Commission on Jail Standards Complaint Inspector, Mr. Shannon Herklotz said Abell's actions are criminal and they 'can't investigate crimes' and for me to contact the D.P.'s office, FBI and Texas Rangers. Look for more mail to come uncovering the lies about the treatment by guards and my competency.Sharif

Per my telephone conversation with Mr. David Englert on this date, I am requesting that you provide me with any and all personal history information and records of individuals employed by the Dallas County Texas Sheriff's Department on or about March 24, 2005 through May 8, 2005 with the last name Abell.
I request that you and your agency conduct a complete and thorough search of your systems of records, all files, computers, data banks and any other information maintained on behalf of your agency, and provide me useable copies of all the records sought regarding the Dallas County Jailer(s) with the last name of Abell.
More specifically, the records sought do include, but are not limited to:
(1) Full name(s), age, race, sex, religioun;
(2) All previous & current license(s) information and state, dates issued and expiration or renewal date(s);
(3) Educational and military background and previous employment(s);
(4) Arrest and/or criminal background;
(5) All use of force(s) grievances or reports received or investigated by your agency, TCLOSE, or any other.If and for any reason it is determined that my portions of the records/information sought is exempt by statute, I request specific citation to authority for which you are relying in claiming an exemption and/or deletion, and why you believe the exemption applies to the records/information being sought.
Please respond to this request within ten (10) business days from this letter's date.
