I have received the information from the Grand Father regarding
your photos and form. Unfortunately you again weren't smiling in
the photo so he is only currently willing to donate $500 to you.
However, he has stated that he will pay you $1,000 if you can get

You must be mistaken. I was emailed just after you sent your bank
details to me by Harry Ibe and told me that you and him had been
talking, and that the decision was made to pay the donation into
the 'church account' rather than your personal account. He said
that if done that way then you wouldn't have to pay a donation
tax because the church account is charity registered.
Because he seemed to know a lot about you, your church, your
organisation and about you personally I had no reason not to
trust him and therefore sent the donation to the account he
specified.

Harry Ibe is the name on an old scam letter I found. I created a new email address with it and hoped that Vic would send some good old fashioned death threats after hearing that he'd had $70,000 taken away by him.

donation, you personally and even how much I was to donate. I had
no reason not to trust him. The fund was sent electronically so
it cannot be retracted or cancelled so there's no way of getting
it back.
I've been in talks with Grand Father Iysmel and to say that he's
unhappy with what's happened is an understatement. I have another
meeting with him later on today, so hopefully something will be
able to be sorted out.

Right, from here it may get a little confusing, but I'll keep it as simple as possible. Mycok has done a runner with the donation fee and so Iysmel has stepped in to explain what has happened. He explains that Mycok's BOM account has now been suspended (and so will have to email using another address) and since the BOM are looking for him, and information that Vic receives should be passed on - for a reward of course.
