Jenny looked uncomfortable. "Well I accidentally overheard Elizabeth talking to Enid on the phone. And she kept encouraging Enid, saying she was a million times better suited to Jeffery than Lila."
"Oh, she did, did she?" Jessica seethed. So that was Elizabeth's plan! Well, she wasn't going to let Elizabeth outmaneuver her. Not in a million years!
