Elizabeth:
I can’t believe I'm finally turning 18 and graduating high school.
I've been waiting for this moment my entire life. I can’t wait to say good-bye to the past and start a new life.
And the best part of it all–I gets to do it with my twin sister.
Jessica:
The only thing worse than turning 18 is turning 18 and graduating the same week.
What if I'm not ready for my entire life to change?
And what if it means losing my sister?
Excerpt:
"I can't believe you," Jessica said, her mouth an impossibly thin line. "I can't believe you can take this so lightly. Your'e just gonna fly off to Oxford and leave me, as if it doesn't even matter to you."
"Of course it matters," Elizabeth said, her heart breaking.
But it was as if Jessica didn't even hear her. "Fine!" she said, snatching up her backpack. "If you're so psyched to get away from me, why wait till the fall? Why don't we start right now?"
She turned and stormed out of the kitchen. "Because you are the last person on this earth I want to be around!" she yelled as she climbed the stairs. "And you can just forget about spending our birthday together!"
Look out Sweet Valley University! Elizabeth and Jessica are on their way!
