Edith Elizabeth McElhone O'Meara (1908-1965), Helen Veronica McElhone Payst (1906-1981), Marion Spencer McElhone Sheedy (1911-1990), and Louise Cecilia McElhone Grimshaw (1915-2003). This picture of four McElhone sisters was taken in 1962 at Helen Payst's farm in upstate New York. Note that, by coincidence, the women are arranged in the order of their eventual deaths.
