Let Tomorrow Be Mine
Why does trees have leaves,
Night skies have the stars,
And a beautiful shining moon?
I sit alone wondering why
With lonely tears in my eyes.
Why is it when a wolf howls
Soon their loving mate appears
Why are some people happy
And other's so very lonely
All of their lives long?
God I ask you to please
Tell me what it is I must do
To make my life a happier one
I place my heart in your hands
Please help me if you can.
