Notes for Leslie Foster GORVETT/Hattie ASSELSTINE
A pretty wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr & Mrs Asselstine on Wed. when their third daughter Miss Hattie was united in marriage to Leslie Foster Gorvett, a prominent young farmer of the FLeming district. Rev J L Thorn performing the ceremony. The bride was given away by her father. Miss Gladys Asselstine played the wedding march. After the ceremony a pleasant few hours were spent in music and social intecourse. Mr & Mrs Gorvett have taken up residence on their farm south of Fleming.
