While over 100 years old, St Andrews Jubilee remains as popular as ever, offering a thorough examination of golfing ability. The course is enhanced by panoramic scenery, some of which includes fantastic views of the Historic Town from the 18th tee.
Originally designed as a 12-hole course for ladies and beginners, the course was
stretched to 18 holes in 1905. In 1988, Jubilee was once again re-designed, this
time to championship standards.
The Signature Hole:
Number 12 is a 538-yard par 5. This long par 5 is best played by hugging the edge of the
left-hand dogleg. Your 2nd shot should avoid the two forward-green bunkers. The green is
long, narrow, and two-tiered. Study your flagstick location before pitching to this
difficult green.
