The Middletown High Blue Dragon's Golf Team suffered yet another set back, as they lost 2 more, and 3 of their last 4. Their 195 total was the worst they've done so far. What hurt the worse, was the fact that they're playing their worst golf at their home course, Lyman Orchards. Middletown's 195 was just 2 shy of Plainville's disappointing 193, but 23 short of Berlin's 172. The Blue Dragons are now 4-3-1 for the season. Their next match is on Wednesday, May 5th vs. Farmington & E. Catholic.
Jordan Boss shot a 46 to lead Middletown, but the Blue Dragons lost to 2 Northwest Conference opponents at Lyman Orchards in Middlefield. Plainville's Pete Agazaria and Berlin's Eric Pentore both shot 42 to earn medalist honors. "This was a close one," Middletown coach, Dennis Guiammeris said. "It was windy out there, and the conditions were tough."
Record:M 4-3-1
