Like threads that loop together Creating patterns, designs, and outlines Smooth and rough Calico and mild Weaving in and out forever An endless carpet formation Withered edges and loose shapes Soft and stiff Expansive and brief Each one creates the next Words to senteces Sentences to ideas Like threads that loop together In a likeness to our many lives.
