Visitors and Fair Day

Saturday was a special day. Scout families and others came to Blair to join in the fun. The day was marked by music, dance, games, craft demonstrations and of course food.The event even had a New Orleans style marching band. The weather was sunny and warm/hot, and a fun time was had by all.

The evening saw our first full camp campfire. They are song filled and noisy affairs. Led by the camp chief and sub camp chiefs, the scouts learned knew words to old familiar tunes.

For we adult staff the evening ended at the Blair Arms Hotel Pub. Singing and dancing was the order of the night.
