My Short Shifter with Momo shift knob. I bought this (along with the air/fuel mixture gauge) from Ken on the OCC mailing list. I paid about $25, which I think was pretty cheap for this nice upgrade. Installing it was easy, I got a new housing and bushing with the shifter. If you want to make your own short shifter visit celicas.org and they have instructions how to do it, make sure to have a spare in case of mishaps. Some people say they miss gears sometimes when using a short shifter, but I didn't think it was any harder (actually easier) to shift.
