Quality: Show Quality means that the animal in question is free of disqualifications at the time of sale. It is not indicative of it's show ability. Brood quality means the animal is free from any genetic abnormalities. It is not indicative of it's ability to breed or show. Pet quality means that I consider this an animal that sould not be shown or bred and may have major faults or disqaulifications from the show table. Animals determined to be of pet quality DO NOT come with pedigrees, buyer assumes all risk should they choose to breed or show that animal, however at no time in the future will pedigrees be available on those animals. If you intend to show or breed at any time in the future, please consider selecting a better animal.
Personality: Personality and temperament cannot be guaranteed. Health: Animals are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of sale. Buyer has 48 hours from time of transferal to notify me of health problems or death of the animal. In such cases a replacement animal of my choosing will be offered. In the event that buyer refuses a replacement animal, no refunds nor monies to cover incurred vet costs will be provided. Proof and probable cause (as determined by a vet) of death or illness will be required for replacement eligibility. No replacement will be offered where neglect is determined to be the cause. I reserve the right to determine at what age my animals will be sold.Pygmy goats will not be available to leave until at least 10 weeks and cavies at least 4 weeks of age and have been determined by me to be able to withstand the stress of travel and of a new environment. This means that some babies may not be ready to leave until much older. I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason, as I deem necessary. In such cases any reserve will be refunded. |
