The TIE Scout (TIE/Sr) is a reconnaissance starfighter. It has bent wings and sensors on top of the cockpit. TIE Scouts do have hyperdrive but have minimal armor and weapons. They have long range sensors and a communications array. The main mission for TIE Scouts is to scout for Rebel activity.
