The TIE Vanguard is another reconaissance fighter. It looks like a standard TIE/Ln with slightly bent wings with one exception-the communications arrays and various sensors coming out of the ball cockpit. It serves the same mission as the TIE Scout and is also equipped with hyperdrive.
