A PASSIVE SOLAR HOME
Presented
by William Glazier
Bill Glazier will discuss his Passive Solar Home
,which uses a mirror system he has developed for augmenting passive
solar building heating through existing exterior glass. The presentation
will include a brief documentary film on his solar home .
A
PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR HOME
Presented
by Timothy Rourke
Tim Rourke
will discuss the design of his
PV (Photovoltaic) powered home and his experiences in living in it, and the process of integrating the PV system
into the design of a normal home. The discussion will review the basics
of Residential PV systems, and will be accompanied by pictures as well
as information about the energy use.
