OBITUARIES- CLASS OF 1974

Dudley Lynn Booher         
(April 28, 1956 - March 5, 2008)    



Dudley Lynn Booher, surrounded by his loving family and friends,  went to be with his beloved Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at the age of 51 years. 

Memorial services were held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2008 in the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing, OK with Gene Pendleton.

Born on April 28, 1956 in Cushing to Elmer Booher, Jr. and June (Pritchett) Booher, Dudley was reared and educated in Cushing graduating from Cushing High School in 1974. 

Dudley who had worked as a custodian for the Perkins High School enjoyed spending his spare time with his grandsons and attending their various activities and was an avid O.U. fan. 

His family will remember him for how much he loved Jesus and how he enjoyed reading the Bible.

Dudley is survived by his daughter, Kristie Ledgerwood of Cushing; mother, June Booher of Cushing; three grandchildren Kaden, Kylor, and Kreid Ledgerwood of Cushing; and his twin brother, Jeff Booher of Cushing; and other relatives and friends including his longtime friend and ex-wife, Annie Pierce and her husband Bob of Mulhall, OK. 

Dudley was preceded in death by his father and one brother Rodney Booher.
