When the heroes reach the capital, the King informs them that a high elf representative, Alcantir Quelin of Celador, requires the aid of the humans.

The heroes speak with the elf, to find that Tovaru Barkborn, King of the Wood Elves, is embroiled with a border conflict with the wolfenkind. That is not the worst of it.

Karas, a wood elf renegade, has been growing in popularity with those who no longer tolerate the presence of a human logging village nearby. Quelin fears that there will be war, the humans will be slaughtered, Karas will ascend in power, and Thranduas, Wood Elven Capitol of The Twilight Forest will fall to chaos, thus allowing the wolfen to take control.

The heroes set out to give whatever aid they can.

The heroes face off against a blue dragon, a giant, and two wyverns.

They are successful. Ratimer and Kalis track the blue back to a flight of red dragons, carrying supplies and an army.

The only pieces of information they were able to glean from the blue was that they want the keystone that Vyrion carries from a previous campaign, and the dragon serves an Emperor of the North.

The attack on Salvation continues. It is evident that a widespread invasion is occuring. However, then the heroes eliminate the enemy, they spot the tracks of an ogre and a human leaving Vyrion's battered home. They have stolen an enigmatic keystone.

Chasing after them, the heroes manage to defeat the thieves and retrieve the stone, but not without seeing a third mysterious ogre vanishing into the wooods.

The group returns to Salvation, and help Vectal, the Guard Captain, organize the cleanup and rescue of the townsfolk.

Noc asks them to prepare the deceased, Vedim, Kevid, and Evro for preservation to he may bring them back from the Final Sleep.

Immediately after, the group Wind Walks to Camulis' city, to aid them in their defense...

The heroes return to the village of Salvation to join the annual feast celebrating the heroes' defeat of the giant army five years ago.

A great blizzard strikes the village, heralding attacks upon several towns, as indicated by glowing warning stones.

There is little time to react, when Salvation is suddenly threatened by two white dragons, two wizards, and a barbarian army.

The barbarians were held off at the gate, but the dragons and wizards flew over the wooden barrier, to cause widespread destruction.

One dragon is dead, another mortally wounded, leaving the two wizards, and an unprepared party...
