Synaesthasia:

When a character first gets the Feat, pick two senses. To use one sense in the place of another, roll the corresponding skill for the new sense:

Sight – Spot
Touch – Pick Pockets
Smell – Wilderness Lore
Taste – Alchemy
Sound – Listen

DCs are 5 higher than normal. This ability is usable once per day per Sensate level.

For example: Instead of hearing a sound, one could sense the vibration in the air by Touch, using the Pick Pockets skill instead of the Listen check.

With Touch and Smell, you can make ranged Touch attacks with a successful Wilderness Lore check. Damage is halved, however, due to the “translation”.

To drink a potion by Seeing it, the character must have Taste and Sight, and must roll a successful Spot check. Any benefits or penalties from the potion are halved.

You can get this Feat multiple times. Each additional Feat adds one more sense.
