Blink into Existence: All Signers, once per day per Prestige Class level, can attempt to replicate any spell, divine or arcane. This is a full-round action. To succeed, the Signer must roll d20 + Sign of One level + WIS bonus versus DC 20 + spell level.
On a roll of a natural 1, however, the Signer manages to doubt her own existence, and turns into a Shadow Conjuration.
See the Player's Handbook for details. All creatures see the Signer as a Shadow Creature. To Blink herself into Existence, the Signer must succeed versus DC 24. However, each attempt only has a 20% chance of success, since, well, she isn't really real...
