>Moore Rhisc is one of the first Sebaceans born and raised to the ex-Peacekeeper
forces of Tellin Prime. As such, his upbringing was a curious mix of PK
soldiering and rough survivor tactics. Intelligent and versatile, Rhisc is
nevertheless the modicum of average looks and "rank-and-fileness" of any other
(active) PK soldier. Utilizing these talents for personal gain for a time after
training, the Conclave of Tellin Prime recognized this potential for disguise
and "recruited" him to work as a deep probe spy for the interests of his home
planet.
>While under deep cover for the Conclave, Rhisc received orders to board and
infiltrate the crew of the Prison Transport Ship Solace. According to the
brief, a new species calling itself the "Gahvid" requested a meeting with the
Peacekeepers in the area.
>Just before his embarkation on the Solace, Rhisc is able to recall his last
message from the Conclave:
>"Information is sketchy, but there are hints that the Gahvid might have means to
find out the location of Homeworld. The Peacekeepers, of course, seem all too
eager to exchange information and technologies. You are to find out all you can
regarding this meeting as well as procure a particular attache file that is to
be given to the Gahvid ambassador. The information in this file may or may not
be damning to Homeworld; you are to find if it is. You know what to do."
