COMIC BOOK WRITERS AND ARTISTS AUTOGRAPHS

In 1998, I attended for now, what was my last Dragoncon in Atlanta, but in the years that I attended Dragoncon, I had the pleasure of meeting many comicbook artists and writers.Here's some bits that I had autographed while there, and few that I've gotten later.

Howard Porter was the artist on JLA for DC Comics at that time and he was kind enough to do a sketch of my favorite JLA members, The Flash and the Martian Manhunter.

An art Print of Ash Signed by creators Joe Quesada (who is now Editor In Chief of Marvel Comics) and Jimmy Paliomotti Artist and Inker extraordinaire.Obtained in person at Dragoncon

1st issue of Ray Bradbury Comics signed in person by Mr. Bradbury.Tried to get his autograph all weekend, but the lines kept getting cut off as they were so long.On the last day of the convention me and my buddies were packing up and getting ready to leave I got on the elevator and low and behold its HIM! After scrambling through my bag to find the comic he was kind enough to sign it for me. The pride of my comic book collection.

Art print signed by Astro City co-creator Kurt Busiek.Obtained in person at Dragoncon.

Zero Hour issue 0 signed by original Green Lantern Creator, Martin Nodell. He even drew the power lantern that GL gets his power for his ring from. Great man, was a priveledge to meet in person. His wife was also there as well. She has recently passed on but was a kind woman.

Obtained this signed post card with a sketch of a turles head drawn by Peter Laird co creator of the TMNT.Used the fanmail email addy on the ninjaturtles.com website.

I sent John Kovalic 2 magazine backboards and he drew two of the Characters from his comic series, Dork Tower
