The Chosen of the Gods

Those who are mighty can attract the attention of the gods, and those who do so in a way that doesn't end in death might become the Chosen of such deities. Some, past, present, and fictional, follow.

Chosen of Mystra
Likely the greatest, and certainly the most well-known of any god's Chosen, the Chosen of Mystra comprise at once many of the greatest, most skilled practitioners of the Art, and a group who all fight to protect Faerun from evil. Seven of the Chosen are blood-related, the children of a goddess, and the other two, powerful in their own right, are either married to, or as close to that as it will ever be, with one of the Seven Sisters.

Chosen of Bane
The Chosen of Bane are among the ultimate mortal tyrants; only Bane himself may order these rulers. Officially, there is only one Chosen of Bane, Fzoul Chembryl, but my cosmology increases it to two; Fzoul Chembryl and Venkelos the Judge.

Chosen of Corellon Larethian
Officially, there are no Chosen of the God of the Elves, but that doesn't stop me from making one.

Chosen of Gilgeam
As a dead god, Gilgeam doesn't exactly exist, and thus, doesn't exactly have Chosen, but this reference is to mention that, once, he did.

Chosen of Deneir
At any one time, Deneir has only one Chosen, and this individual is currently Cadderly Bonaduce, whether he wished it, or not. He has official stats on Wizards.com, and I have "modified" stats for him, here.

Chosen of Gruumsh
Officially, there are no Chosen of Gruumsh, and one might think that servants of such a vioelnt god would not live long enough to be so elevated, one orc has, at least in my campaign setting.
