Dragonball Z RPG: Powers & Techniques
I have compiled the list of examples for techniques in my DBZ RPG.
TECHNIQUES
Many characters have specific attacks that they are famous for, and some of these make good examples of how to build your own energy blasts, and other such attacks. Note that some of these cannot be taken by characters identically (the Kamehameha Wave, for example, is unique, and only two living people today know it. Each has a variant Action #, as they can be improved with practice. Goku's original Kamehameha Wave wasn't too powerful, and at the end, it could trash a world.
- Kamehameha Wave: 3x damage. Range line of sight. Accumulate energy.
- Special Beam Cannon: 2x damage. Armor penetation. Line of sight range. One panel of preparation required.
- Destructo Disk: Armor penetation. Range normal.
- Spirit Bomb: x4 damage. Area effect. Accumulate energy. Requires external energy.
- Flight: as Action of the same name.
- Instant Transmission: as Teleportation.
- Regeneration: as various Healing Factors (ex. Nameks = Accelerated, Buus = Enhanced.
- Multiple Body Technique: a variant-form of Summoning, though somewhat more expensive.
