Known by many names among dragons, Io is the great god who first created the mighty dragons. From his blood and will, dragons were given form. As the greatest of all creation, dragons were vested with long life, near-invulnerability, intelligence, magic, and even breath that could alone do great harm.

In his natural form, Io appears as a huge dragon with scales of every color that dragons possess. He has red scales, blue scales, green scales and white, silver scales, brass scales, black scales, and gold, and every other color that any chromatic, metallic, or gem dragon has. He is built in the fashion of a red dragon, with powerful back legs and near handlike front limbs. He has a long neck, a long head, and huge wings. His eyes change color with his mood and his teeth are like so many pearl swords.

Treva, the Renewer, (trae-va) is revered by many dragons as the being who invested them with life, and long life. There is no doubt that Io, the Concordant Dragon, created dragons, but it was Treva who breathed life into them, and vested them with the centuries-long lives they have. Her breath can literally give life back to the living, no matter how near death they are, and even the long dead can rise again. This same breath will bring even the mightiest undead to their knees, and several dracoliches have found this out to their dismay. However, those who abuse the gifts of life come to find that this breath can also chill them to the bone with her displeasure, or turn dark and take the gift of life away.

In her natural form, Treva the Renewer appears as a sort of white dragon-pegasus hybrid. She has white scales with a silvered sheen, but has a mane of white and silver hair running along the back of her neck, and her wings are white and feathered, like a pegasus, rather than membraned, like other dragons. Her eyes are pools silver and her mouth is full of pearly teeth. She is built more like a quadraped dragon than a hind-based dragon.

Special Attacks: Breath Weapons: Treva has three different breath weapons. Positive Energy: A beam of white light 80 feet long that heals 36d10 hit points to living targets and deals 36d10 damage to undead targets. Once per day, this breath weapon can be modified into a true ressurection spell. Negative Energy: A beam of darkness that inflicts 36d10 hit points to living targets and heals 36d10 hit points to undead targets. Cold:A cone of cold 80 fet long that deals 36d10 points of damage. A Reflex save (DC 60) reduces the damage by half. Once Treva uses a breath weapon, she must wait 1d3 rounds before she can breath again, no matter which breath weapon she has used. Crush:.
