The Isle of Nondraeva has arrisen in the Shining Sea between Calimshan and Thindol, and with it comes the doom of the lands, for when the Undead Isle appears, it spells doom for all people. The island is populated by undead, both mindless and intelligent, and they all are believed to follow the lich Profeon, who seeks to rule all planes.

The Villains
Profeon- this undead mage seeks to dominate all things, and with the two rods of dragon control he possesses (red and dracolich), and the massive army of undead at his command, it seems rather likely that he will succeed.
Savril- this pseudolich is the one who created the twelve Rods of Savril (the rods of dragon control), and shortly after was punished with his fate for darig to control dragons. He may possess knowledge of the locations of the other rods.
