Once a powerful wu jen, and hoping to aspire one day to the high title of master of dragons, the curse of vampirism found Ichiro first. Now undead, he knew that neither Bahamut nor Tiamat would advance him, and he despaired. Then, a different dragon god, Faluzure, appeared before him. This dread deity combined the powers of the two undead dragons, dracolich and ghost dragon, and elevated Ichiro to the status of Master of Dragons (undead).
Ichiro's Master of Dragon Form: Ichiro appears as a skeletal being with small scraps of flesh hanging off ofo the bones and white, glowing eyes. Stat changes from the template are as follows:

Tharivol is still mostly elven in appearance, and his willpower, with the strange powers of Ravenloft in unison, has somehow allowed him to remain attractive, unlike most elven vampires, who become hideous. He has silvery hair, red irised eyes, and porcelain-tone skin.

The Master can choose whether or not he looks like a half-dragon and can shift between his natural form and the half-dragon form at will.
The Master of Dragons has a HD ghost dragon companion. This companion can provide aid and advice to the Master but is not expected to follow the Masters every command. They are friends, not master and slave.
