InuYasha Characters in d20 Variants

My InuYasha Characters

These are versions of the InuYasha characters from the hit anime show, InuYasha. I am going to attempt to stick with the Oriental Adventures book, and the core stuff, as much as possible. While I like the second set below, I do not own the Complete Warrior, or the Book of Exalted Deeds, two books that Jackelope Crossing seemed to have drawn heavily from.

InuYasha
Male half-earth elemental orog Brb2/Ftr4/Clr5/Owd5

I think that Inuyasha would definitely have a Bloodline, but also, I think he would have the Kensai PrC, as he uses his Tetsusaiga primarily. Its his signature weapon, right? I have an idea for Inuyasha when he loses the Tetsusaiga: he gains the benefits of a Berserk's Battle Fury(+6 Str, +6 Con, -2 AC, etc; plus, he must make a Will save each round to keep from attacking allies), and each round he is away from the weapon, he takes 1 point of temporary Wisdom and Charisma damage. His Kimono, made from hair of the Fire Rat would give Fire Resistance 15. As for Wind Scar? I think it most definitely looks like the Disintegrate spell, though it would be a cone-shaped effect, with a range of 50 feet. Of course, it is possible to survive the Wind Scar, but you'd take the 3d6+15(or whatever its supposed to be) damage, cuz it'd still hurt(see? like Disintegrate). Inuyasha's class? I think Warrior(from Complete Arcana), with Good Fortitude save, and these class skills: Balance, Craft, Jump, Listen, Move Silently, Spot, Survival.
Testsusaiga's stats: Large Balanced Falchion, 2d6 damage, 18-20/x2 crit. 3/day, Wind Scar. Useable only by Inuyasha(as Kensai ability). Since Inuyasha alone can use the Tetsusauiga, it makes me think of a Trumpet Archon's trumpet. If a non-Archon takes it, it becomes a useless chunk of lead.

Note-- Wind Tunnel: I had a bit of difficulty hatching out exactly what the Wind Tunnel would be, effectively. Finally, after not too much thinking, or creativity, I came up with an idea. I found a gold dragon, at CR 21 (very old), figured out the size of cone its breath weapon used (60 ft. long, 60 ft. across at base), and decided that that seemed fair for the space of the Wind Tunnel. It also uses the DC 34 for the Reflex save to avoid it, but in this case, maing the Reflex save allows the target to live. Those that fail are pulled toward Miroku at a speed of 20 feet/round. Each round allows another Reflex save. If Miroku doesn't close the Wind Tunnel, sparing the victim, then, when they occupy the adjacent squar to him, they are affected as if they touched a sphere of annhilation, and nothing is left of them, or their equipment.

Sesshomaru
Male Oni Samurai 20
; CR 23; Medium-size outsider; HD 2d12+8 plus 4d10+16 plus 5d8+20 plus 5d12+20; hp 488; Init +7; Spd 30 ft; AC (touch , flat-footed ); Atk +20 melee (1d6, fist) or +22/+17 touch (by spell); SQ ; AL NE; SV Fort +, Ref +, Will +; Str 23, Dex 16, Con 19, Int 14, Wis 16, Cha 16. Height: 6'0" ft.

Special Attacks: Rebuke undead (3/day), Rage 1/day, Spell-like abilities (1/day as 16th level character) (magic stone, soften earth and stone, stone shape, spike stones, wall of stone, stoneskin, earthquake, iron body)
Special Qualities:

Spell-like Abilities: -at will Acid Lash (mystic lash variant), Cloudkill, Fly. Caster Level: HD.

Possessions: Lash (brilliant energy acidic-burst whip), Tenseiga (+5 katana of healing and true resurrection), Tokijin (+5 power word kill longsword)

Sesshomaru is a very attractive being. He is tall, handsome, and has an inhuman quality about him. He has long, white hair, eyes with yellow irises, elf-like, pinty ears, and wears a long, white kimono. His face is also marked by two sets of reddish lines, on his cheeks, and a blue cresent moon marking on his forehead. He also wears an ornate breastplate and a strange fur stoll. One imprtant physical feature Sesshomaru does not have is his left arm. This was cut off by his brother, InuYasha, in a battle over the Tetsusaiga, the Sword of Death. The remaining arm is often hidden under his stoll, and his hand has long claws.

InuYasha Characters From Jackelope Crossing Games

My inspiration, as well as a wonderful gauge for what the characters might be, was found at Jackelope Crossing Games. While I wish that they had included the rest of the block stats, and maybe completed a few other characters (Sesshomaru, anyone?)it is no big deal.

InuYasha: Half-dragon githzerai Hexblade 3/Fighter 2/Kensai 10; Level 20: BAB (12) Saves (6/3/10) Spellcasting (N/A)

1 Power Attack
3 EWP (bastard sword)
4 Scent
5 Dodge
6 Mobility
9 Spring Attack
12 Improved Natural Attack
15 Fast Healing

Kagome: Human Rogue 5/Slayer of Domiel 5/Fist of Raziel 10; Level 20: BAB (16) Saves (8/12/5) Spellcasting (slayer of domiel 14)

1 Servant of the Heavens
1 Weapon Focus (short bow)
3 Sanctified Martial Strike (short bow)
6 Point Blank Shot
9 Power Attack
12 Precise Shot
15 Ranged Smite
18 Sacred Strike

Miroku: Human Monk 6/Paladin 4/Knight of the Chalice 10; Level 20: BAB (18) Saves (16/9/9) Spellcasting (Paladin 4/Knight of the Chalice 10)

1 Weapon Focus (quarterstaff)
1 Dodge
3 Two-Weapon Fighting
6 Dodge
9 Combat Expertise
12 Quick Staff
15 Karmic Strike
18 Defensive Strike

Sango: Human Fighter 4/Ranger 1/Master Thrower 5/Ronin 10; Level 20: BAB (20) Saves (14/8/5) Spellcasting (N/A)

1 EWP (boomerang)
1 Weapon Focus (boomerang)
2 Point Blank Shot
3 Precise Shot
4 Weapon Specialization (boomerang)
6 Far Shot
9 EWP (bastard sword)
12 Improved Critical (boomerang)
15 Mounted Combat
18 Mounted Archery
19 Improved Mounted Archery

Shippo: Gnomish Rogue 2/Hexblade 9/Shadowdancer 9; Level 20: BAB (16) Saves (6/10/9)

1 Spell Focus (Illusion)
3 Spell Focus (Illusion)
6 Greater Spell Focus (Illusion)
9 Dodge
12 Combat Expertise
15 Spell Penetration
18 Greater Spell Penetration

Now, obviously some choices are approximations. InuYasha certainly isn't a half-ragon, or a githzerai, and Shippo isn't a gnome. Fox-children and the kind of half-demon InuYasha is doesn't exist in Dungeaons & Dragons. Still, many of these are very accurate choices.

An obviously amazing picture of Sesshomaru, Inutaisshou, and Inuyasha (from left to right). This picture was created by Giovanna BC Guimarães, and I found it here, at Elfwood.
