Premsyl Revenants

Sometimes you really just need apowerful warrior at your disposal, but you may not want to trust anyone. Some few know how to summon ancient warriors back to this world, and this also forces obedience of them.

Premsyl revenants look just like an average human, minus they sometimes look confused. They all have permanent black bruises around their wrists, a symbol of their eternal imprisonment in Anserak. Those familiar with premsyl revenants may identify one as such if the wrists are visible.

Special Attacks: Summoned revenants gain magical aptitude as they advance.

__Spells: The powerfu magic that summons a premysl revenant leaves a fragment of itself in the creature once it is whole. A premsyl revenant gains the spellcasting abililty of a sorcerer of a level equal to half the revenant's Hit Dice, rounded down. Thus, a 13th level/HD revenant has the spellcasting ability of a 6th-level sorcerer. Its bonus spell's are based on Charisma score.

Special Qualities: Along with any others, undead dragon slayers receive the undead quality and the following special quality.

__Past Experience(Ex): A premsyl revenant was once a living being who was probably a powerful warrior, or had some other useful skill, and though their memories are erased, it appears that some things are just as engrained into the body and soul as they are to the mind. To emulate this, the revenant can relearn its past skills at an accelerated rate, allowing the character to level up at 1/2 the normal experience that they otherwise would. When the premsyl revenant is initially summoned, the player or DM rolls a d20. The number that is rolled determines how many levels are allowed to function under this power. So, if a revenant rolls a 12, then the character or NPC can level up at 1/2 the experience they otherwise would until they reach 12th level. Once it reaches that point, it has to wait until it catches up to the otherwise normal number, which symbolizes them realizing that they have achieved all that they once knew.

__No Memory (Ex): Premsyl revenants have no memory of their past lives, and most have been dead for a long time, chained to drifting rocks in the realm of Anserak, one of the infinite layers of the Abyss, and also connected to Chardun's Hell. Thus, they have lower Intelligence scores (a -2 penalty). Also, they obviuosly have some social situation difficulties.

__Controlled (Ex): The spell that summons a premsyl revenant to the living planes also forces it to obey the orders the summoner or the person the summoner assigns gives them. Even suicidal orders must be obeyed.
