To some, a powerful businessman and shipping magnate, to others a shadowy figure with fingers in every pie in the galaxy, to everyone a person not to be trifled with, Prince Xizor was an imposing man, for those who crossed him. Thought for a time to be dead, the Prince of Black Sun has resurfaced in the last few years, and his hold on the galaxy has remained quite strong. In his absence, the power of Black Sun faded, and the organization almost caved entirely, but then Guri found Xizor’s body, frozen in stasis, and awakened him. Xizor quickly reclaimed control, and used knowledge no one else had access to, to return Black Sun to its place of prominence. As for his public self, Xizor has retaken head of Xizor Transport Services. Though the Republic distrusts him, they realize the power his company has, and thus work with him when necessary. Xizor also serves the Empire, and they allow him to play both sides of the fence because he is a potent source of information. Though a man of Xizor’s position usually abhors direct combat, when it cannot be avoided, he is prepared. Xizor is a consummate martial artist, and also wields wicked, energy fans, which act most like small lightsabers. He also has a stun staff, which he can use if he desires to keep a foe at a further distance.
As far as his power goes, Xizor has much to spare. Xizor controls the bulk of most crime in the whole galaxy. He has connections in the top Hutt clans, the heads of the Tenloss Syndicate, and a good quantity of politicians on his payroll. When the Emperor still lived, Xizor had his ear, and learned virtually all of the Empire’s secret activities, even before most of the top military brass. It was Xizor, in fact, that suggested to the Emperor the plan to allow the Rebels to steal the Death Star II plans from the Suprosa freighter, so that they could then be drawn out and destroyed. Had he not tried so strongly to kill Luke Skywalker as vengeance for the actions of Darth Vader, he might not have had to fake his death at all. Between using his shipping rights for legal transports and less legal transactions, Xizor possesses great wealth. He can also flex his authority amongst the above individual, and can often be considered their leader. As a man once referred to simply as “Jabba’s boss”, it is often joked by some that if someone sneezes anywhere in the galaxy, the Prince of Black Sun knew about it a minute before.
Xizor is a Falleen. He has greenish, scaly skin, purple eyes, and two dreadlocks of black hair. He has the ability to release pheromones that affect females of his and other races, causing them to act favorably toward him.

Standard Attack Method: Xizor DOES NOT fight, unless he wishes to ahead of time. His good public face, his charisma, and his pheromones Should he actively desire combat, he favors melee. Whether he uses his stun staff or his energy blade shields, or even his bare hands, Xizor is an expert in disabling his foes, and the –6 to all attack rolls, skill checks, and Force powers used against only makes him that much better. More likely, however, he will stand behind Guri, and/or his bodyguards, and allow them to soften up his enemies, assuming that any enemies find out that their foe is Xizor, a feat that, in itself, is quite unlikely.
Minions: Guri (see below), and an assortment of four alien thugs (thug 4), usually Wookiee or Yaka, and a mojordomo (diplomat 6). Also thousands of people who are, but just don't know it, bwa ha ha ha.
