The Givin originate from Yag'Dhul, a small world with three moons. Because the moons rotate in a direction opposite that of the planet, huge tidal shifts that draw the planet's atmosphere and water from one side of the planet to the other. Many of the creatures and plants on Yag'Dhul evolved the instinct to follow the tides or the ability to endure the sporatic periods of hard vacuum.
Personality: Serious, excellent tacticians, some are xenophobes.
Physical Description: Givin stand roughly two meters tall and are very thin. They have flexible exoskeletons, which allow them to seal their joints, allowing them to temporarily withstand the pockets of hard vacuum that roam their world. This exoskeleton gives them an appearance that other races see as comical at best and terrifying at worst. Givin have been described as resesmbling Twi'lek string puppets, as well as being mistaken as animated skeletal corpses on some primitive worlds. As a result, many Givin never leave their air-tight sealed cities on Yag-Dhul.
