· "Dolphin's Cry" by Live does not belong to us- it's an awesome song that does not involve sheep in anyway, and we mean no disrespect to the artists who wrote it

· Elvis is his own person, however dead he may (or may not) be.

· Sadly, we cannot assume any liability for Touga's poll (but that doesn't stop us from trying)

Karen continues, trying to sound humble and just not succeeding, "Please, don't use any of the stuff listed as ours on your pages or in your fanfics without e-mailing and asking us first. It took us a while to come up with some of this, and even longer to convince ourselves that we wanted to write it down, so if we browse various Utena pages and see our lists, edited and with no mention of Becka and Ka-chan... well, you'll make us cry."
