General Information

Generally.. You should record your dreams as son as you get up in your book of shadows. Your book of shadows is your personal diary of your dreams, experiences during meditations, rituals and spells. Keep this book private. All of your tools should be kept to your self and should have a part of you on it :)

Generally during most spells and rituals you should wear a light weight garment (robe) that is made of natural materials. We don't want synthetic fabrics melting in the ritual fires :) or you can do your spells/rituals skyclad (naked) but at all time you must wear a cord of a natural colour :)
