BACKGROUND: Sharia was originally and egyptian gargoyle, but then became somewhat a Disney's Gargoyles' type of gargoyle, style wise. She first came into existance in 2001. Sharia as a character had somewhat a tragic past. As a child, her town was raided by mystic wolves, evil creatures that fed on gargoyles. The whole of the towns people fled and managed to escape, but Sharia was left at the town in the safety of a collapsed building. When she managed to pull herself free, she found her family dead. It was then that she knew she was truely alone. Ever since then she set out on her own to find her clan and join them once again. Along the way she met Marie and her friends and decided to stick around with them. Sharia still is searching for her gargoyle companions.
