The vampire
may cause her victim to see things in her peripheral vision.
These hallucinations may be based on phobias, fears, or
anything the Storyteller pleases. This power lasts for the
following time periods:

5 suc. three months.
3. Eyes
of Chaos

The vampire
may look for patterns in things whose patterns may go unseen
to most other individuals. Note that such patterns can be
found everywhere, but are not always useful.
4. Confusion

Man. + Intimidation, difficulty Per. + Self-Control
By making
eye contact and verbal contact with the victim, the vampire
can put a victim in a daze. In this state, a victim must
spend a willpower point to perform any coherent action.
Most memories will also be jumbled. The daze lasts for the
following time periods:

Insanity

Man. + Intimidation, difficulty Willpower
By getting
her victim to focus on her, the vampire can really fuck
up her day. The victim will gain five derangements, chosen
by the Storyteller, for the following time periods:

one turn.
2 suc. one night.
3 suc. one week.
4 suc. one month.
5 suc. one year.
6. Derange
Roll:
Man. + Empathy, difficulty Willpower
Demand:
successes = 2 or more
By looking
into a victims eyes and describing a derangement,
the vampire can give her victim a permanent derangement
that can not be removed or cured.
6. Kindred
Spirits
Roll:
Cha. + Subterfuge, difficulty Int. + Self-Control
With skin
contact, the vampire may cause her victim to act like her,
with all of the associated derangements, for the following
time periods:
1 suc.
one night.
2 suc. one week.
3 suc. one month.
4 suc. six months.
5 suc. permanently.
7. Mind
of a Child
Roll:
Int. + Empathy, difficulty Wits + Self-Control
By making
eye contact, the vampire may remove up to seven points from
a victimss mental attributes, as long as one point
remains in each. Additionally, the victim acts like a child.
These effects last for the following time periods:
1 suc.
one turn.
2 suc. one night.
3 suc. one week.
4 suc. one month.
5 suc. one year.
7. Mind
of a Killer
Roll:
Cha. + Subterfuge, difficulty Cha. + Courage Demand: successes
= 3 or more
By kissing
her victim, the vampire may make her victim kill the next
person who gives her the slightest provocation. After the
kill is made, the effects wear off.
7. Wave
of Insanity
Roll:
Cha. + Empathy, difficulty 7
By speaking
with her victims in a bizarre way, the vampire may affect
one victim per success, by Total Insanity. Once the number
of victims is determined, the vampire rolls for each victim
as if she was performing Total Insanity on them individually
to determine effectiveness.
8. Coma
Roll:
Cha. + Intimidation, difficulty Wits + Courage
The vampire
may put a victim into a coma. This effect last for the following
time periods:
1 suc.
one week.
2 suc. one month.
3 suc. six months.
4 suc. one year.
5 suc. ten years.
8. Minds
of the Children
Roll:
Cha. + Subterfuge, difficulty 7
The vampire
may affect one victim per success, by Mind of a Child. Once
the number of victims is determined, the vampire rolls for
each target as if she was performing Mind of a Child on
them individually to determine effectiveness.
9. Blessing
of Chaos
The vampire
is automatically immune to the Dementation, Dominate, Presence,
and Chimerstry of all other vampires. However, she acquires
a new derangement, which is treated as a permanent one.
Also, she is occasionally, and randomly, affected by the
power Mind Tricks.
9. Mass
Coma
Roll:
Willpower, difficulty 7
The vampire
may affect one victim per success, by Coma. Once the number
of targets is determined, the vampire rolls for each target
as if she was performing Coma on them individually to determine
effectiveness.
