House
Rules 2
Daimoinon
- Level 5 Curse
The system
is fine as it is for NPC's, but the time frames given in
relation to the amount of successes you roll are entirely
too easy to obtain and injust for other players as well
as important NPC's that play a main part in the story, such
as the Prince for instance. We incorporate the following
house rules into the system:
The System
- By rolling against the targets willpower, the Baali may
cast a curse upon the target. One of the target's traits,
chosen by the Baali, will drop to zero for a duration depending
on the number of successes rolled and the caster may also
lift the curse at any time he wishes. The Following chart
applies:
1 Success - 1

Presence
- Level 3 Entrancment
The same
is true with Entrancement, therefore the following system
is being used.
The System
- The player rolls Appearance + Empathy (difficulty of the
targets permanent willpower rating). The subject, as normal,
may attempt to resist by spending 1 willpower point and
rolling the number of dice equal to his permanent willpower
rating (difficulty 8).
If the
target fails to resist, the following time table applies
to the duration of the effect upon other players and important
NPC characters in the story, based upon the amount of successes
the caster rolls.
1 Success - 1

2 Successes -

3 Successes -

Level
5 Presence - Majesty
3rd Edition
does not give a system for Majesty, so we use the original
VTM system for it.
System:
The subject must make a Courage roll (difficulty is the
caster's Charisma + Intimidation) if she wishes to be rude,
crass or even non-servile to the vampire. A subject who
fails the roll will go to absurd lengths to humble herself
before the vampire. Kindred may spend a point of willpower
to overcome such feelings if the roll is failed.
House
Rules - As always, with Presence, the effects last as long
as the subject is within sight of the caster. Therefore
if the subject wishes to act out against the caster, he
must continue to spend 1 willpower point to do so or he
is unable to.
