the 3rd Edition Systems apply, but the time table that is
based upon the amount of successes rolled has been modified
in terms of the duration that the effects will last on other
players and important NPC characters. The Malkavian can
also lift the madness from the victim at any time. For simplicities
sake, the Following time table will be used for all 3 levels.
