Radu (Anders Hove) - only character/actor confirmed to come back (not anymore).

Ash (Jonathan Morris II) - confirmed to return (through a clip on the Talisman video).

Zachery (David Gunn) - very doubtful to return.

Sofia (Kirsten Cerre) - see Zachery.

Michelle (Denise Duff) - Whahoo!! now confirmed (by amazon.com) to return!!.

Some new girl or Rebecca (some actress) - not sure who it is..but in every scene of Subspecies 4 that is shown on the Talisman video she is in it..so I am guessing she is a main character.

For a more complete credit listing wait until the movie comes out.

I don't know much because Full Moon Pictures hasn't updated their webpage in months, and don't seem to want to answer any of my email. but here's the little that their webpage does say:

Many of you have written us to plead for a continuation of the master and fledgling relationship between Radu, the Transylvanian Vampire Prince, and Michelle, the beautiful, enchanting, but unlucky, American tourist. Ted Nicolaou, the Screenwriter/ Director of the SUBSPECIES series and VAMPIRE JOURNALS says production on the new BLOODSTORM:SUBSPECIES 4 will begin in March even though not all of the original cast members have agreed to return yet.

The new film will combine the characters and plots from SUBSPECIES and VAMPIRE JOURNALS. The only definitely returning actor is Anders Hove, the heart and soul of Radu, the Master Vampire. Denice Duff, Jonathon Morris, and all of the other principal players have been given scripts, and are in heavy negotiations with Full Moon as this article is being written. Who will return remains to be seen?

No matter the outcome, BLOODSTORM:SUBSPECIES 4 is set to shoot in March, and will be released to your video stores in October. Just in time for an exciting Halloween, only complete, with the "children of the night." What beautiful music they make.

The release keeps changing..but the last definite date I have read is November 17th. Hopefully it won't get delayed again.

Yesterday was the 17th..haven't heard if it was released yet..hopefully I will find out next week when I am at home.

Just read on amazon.com that it is now scheduled for release on December 8..hopefully this is the last delay!!

Ok..thanks to a tip I got..I checked out Talisman..a new video released by Full Moon Pictures which contains a little teaser for Subspecies 4. I can now say with full confidence that Radu, Michelle, and Ash all make a return for this movie. And thanks to Charles Band's comments in the Videozone..I can say with semi-confidence that neither Zachery nor Sofia will continue with their lives in this video :( Even though there was a 2 or 3 min "comercial" for Subspecies 4, very little was shown because it was more of a collage of old scenes. As I noted up top, there seems to be a new character in the story (or could it be a funktified Rebecca?). Well..as small as it was..it sure wet my appetite for the new movie.
