this was from utter boredom and my obsession with "The Lord of the Rings". i was sitting around looking at that annoying picture of Elijah Wood .. er ... Frodo looking at Sting in complete amazement (a scene which lasted about 3 seconds in the movie) and thinking how much I want that sword - yes, they do sell official recreations of it from the Noble Collection. well, my fetish for drawing weapons took over and i drew a leaf-blade sword, inspired by Sting (and hearing Sting singing "every breath you take" in the back of my head ^_~). it came out very cool, especially the hilt.... yeah, and the blade too. hell, I like it all.

note: I have no problem whatsoever with that picture, they just show it way too much (the fire letter pictures are much cooler), nor do I have a problem with Frodo Baggins or with Elijah Wood - unless you mention the "tatoo zone" ... *quivers* ssss....
